Terms and Conditions for Calibrate Workshop

By registering for the Calibrate Workshop, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General Provisions

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Modifications to Terms: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment: Full payment of $197 is required at the time of registration.
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of the workshop, refunds are not available. Please ensure the workshop fits your needs before purchase.

Chargebacks: By purchasing, you agree to resolve any disputes directly with us before initiating a chargeback.

3. Workshop Participation and Access

Live Sessions: The workshop consists of four live Zoom sessions, each 1-hour long, scheduled Monday, October 21st through Thursday, October 24th at 2:00 PM ET.

Recordings: All live sessions will be recorded. By attending, you consent to the possibility of your image and voice appearing in the recording. If you do not wish to be recorded, you may turn off your camera and microphone.

Limited Access to Workshop Recordings: You will have access to the session recordings for 10 days after the workshop. No refunds will be issued for missed live sessions.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the workshop, including but not limited to videos, handouts, and slides, are the intellectual property of Maci Wescott. These materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without explicit written permission.

5. Privacy and Data Collection

Privacy: Your personal information will be kept confidential and only used for communication related to the workshop.

Recording Consent: By participating in the live sessions, you agree that your image and/or voice may be recorded and shared with other workshop participants.

6. Limitation of Liability

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mariana Durst, Desk & Design LLC, Maci Wescott, and Mamahive LLC from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your participation in the workshop.
No Guarantees: While we provide strategies and techniques to help grow your business, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or success.

7. Dispute Resolution

Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute, you agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve the issue through mediation before taking any legal action.
Non-Disparagement: You agree not to slander or disparage Maci Wescott, Mariana Durst, or their businesses or representatives. Violations may result in legal action.
